We at Hapli Earth strive to provide you with the highest quality millet-based products. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a refund for a Hapli Earth product purchased through our website.

Conditions for Refund:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will be happy to offer a full refund or a replacement product, depending on your preference.
  • Incorrect Product: If you receive an incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped to you and the incorrect product to be returned at no additional cost.
  • Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order for a full refund before it ships. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Products that are returned after 7 days of receipt
  • Products that are not in their original packaging
  • Products purchased during any promotional sale or clearance event (unless the product is damaged or defective)

Refund Process:

  • We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
  • If your request is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. 

Please Note:

  • Shipping costs for returned products are non-refundable unless the product is damaged or defective.
  • We reserve the right to deny a refund if the product is not returned in accordance with this Refund Policy.
